Kenya Government Introduces Laptop project.

As a core part of its manifesto, the Jubilee government has set aside Kenya shillings 51 billion (approximately US$ 11.7 million ) this financial year to implement the laptop project from standard one kids.
President Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto had pledged during their campaigns that every pupil joining standard one will be given a solar powered laptop.
